The South Herefordshire Seniors Club Championship attracted 54 entrants and was contested over two days.
The highlight of Round 1 was an impressive 64 nett by Mike Bain playing off 12. His round included 2 birdies and 11 pars. However, Paul Stone playing off 5 registered the best gross score - 74.
Round 2 was played in blazing sunshine and there was no stopping the two leaders with Stone recording the best gross score once again - 78 to take the championship title by seven shots from Tony Green.
The Nett competition saw Bain triumph with a score of 137 with Eifion Rees runner up with 142. The gross Vets prize went to Barry Howells (175) and the Nett winner was Eifion Rees.
