On a stormy and rainy afternoon, which delayed the start of their latest match, Goodrich ladies hosted a strong Old Hill team.

In the first round, Jill and Wendy lost out to Old Hill first pair, whilst Carolyn and Rosemary also lost out playing Old Hill’s second pair. Kim and Sue managed to secure a good win though, in a tight contest, wrapping up the third set in a tie break.

In the second round, all three pairs lost, despite some hard fought battles. The two valuable points keeps the ladies mid table in Division Three at the half way stage.
