Despite players calling off Ross Juniors still managed to put a strong team out at Addisons. However, it did mean that some players had to play in unaccustomed positions and they did this admirably.

Early in the second half keeper Alex Goode was called into action to make a couple of early saves, the second was acrobatically palmed away.
New boy Ben Gardner bagged himself a goal when he latched onto a long punt from keeper Alex Goode and his overhead kick deceived the home goalie.
The final goal of the game to make the score 6-1 came in the 79th minute when Ted Loftus accurately picked out Damon Beaumont. He used his power and muscle to bustle out the opposition defence as he advanced across the penalty box and struck the ball home high into the net.
