Ladies Invitation Day is a delightful social occasion that gives Ross Ladies the opportunity to host their friends from other clubs. Unfortunately this year the weather took a decided turn for the worse with heavy showers making the playing conditions very challenging. Lady Captain, Jeanette Forrester, congratulated all the ladies for soldiering on. She also thanked her team for the organisation of the day. Prizes were awarded to winning pair Denise Laird and Philippa Frost who scored 38 points. Second were Kay Cotton and Rosemary Rimmer with 36 points and third were Dinah Johnson and Judy Ponsford with 35 points.
