With a change of venue due to the pitch being waterlogged in Monmouth the home side had to travel to Newent to play this home game. The score line does not really reflect performance from Ross and they were unlucky not to come away with a win!

In the first half Ross were the controlling force despite playing into bright sunlight. There were many near misses and plenty of fantastic crosses that hit the side of the goal, or just went wide. Ross seemed to take the ball to the Lansdown D but despite attempts from Louise Cross, Loz Stephens, and Vanessa Ball Ross were unable to find the goal. However with Ross driving the ball once again to Lansdown and with most of Ross forward line and mids taking a shot it was Becca Heyes who opened the scoring for Ross.
