Local raft racer Anthony Wigmore, of Glewstone, will be travelling to Thailand mid-August as part of the Great Britain Dragon Boat Team to compete in the IDBF World Championships.

Anthony has been rafting for just over 20 years now, most recently with Patrick Gulpers from Leominster, racing on various rivers and the sea though mainly on the Wye, including the gruelling 100 mile raft race.
