Ross Reserves entertained Kington at home, on Saturday, and welcomed back some long term injured players to make a full squad.

The match started evenly but Ross fell behind after 25 minutes. The recent string of results, which has seen the Reserves defeated 8-2, 6-1 and 9-0, could have seen Ross heads go down but it was quite the opposite. Chalkie Robertshaw pulled the strings in midfield, and Ross levelled within 10 minutes of going behind with a Ted Loftus penalty.

Just before half time Ross managed to take a 2-1 lead thanks to a Zavi Gunn goal.

After the break, two became three when Ted Loftus bagged his second goal of the game, smashing the ball in from the edge of the box.

Kington pulled one back 10 minutes from time to make the final moments testing for Ross but with fresh legs, such as Arg Green, coming off the bench they saw it out with ease to win 3-2.
