This weekend will see thirteen local crews tackle the Nicky Grist Stages round six of the REIS/Get Connected.com BTRDA championship, Millers Oil 1400 series, Mintex Welsh National, and Dennis motorsport Welsh historic championships. Quinton Motor Club have attracted 130 crews, to its base Builth Wells, for the 45 competitive miles.

Ross duo Roger Matthews with Paul Morris on the notes, will be looking to put their recent accident on the Severn Valley stages behind them in the immaculate Escort RS1600.

Up and coming youngster Dan Evans, son of former BTRDA front runner Ian, will have Tom Marrott guiding him this weekend for the first time, Evans who made the switch from a highly successful spell of autograss racing. The experienced Ross resident Mike Jode has been brought in to guide youngster Rhys Price in his Nissan Micra. Another local crew, in a Micra, is Bart Lang and Simon Cox.
