Over the glorious weekend Ross Junior Girls Under 8s played a series of football matches across Herefordshire and Gloucestershire and their developing skills paid dividends.

On Friday evening the Under 8 team were invited to play Herefordshire's Player Development Centre team at Hereford Academy. Despite missing Matilda, who was playing for Herefordshire, the girls played some excellent football and quickly took an early lead through Kiera. The goals followed in a 6-1 win for Ross, with Kiera (3), Eva, Cassie and Lily all scoring. It was a great win against a select side from all over the county.
