After the success of last year's event the club ran another tournament in memory of the ex Hereford United player, Adam Stansfield. This year the format was for girls only and there were two age groups, Under 9 and Under 11s. The club also arranged a game on the day for some very good footballers from the Ryefield Centre.

There were 15 teams in attendance with teams travelling from as far as Bristol and Cardiff to play on the day. The Under 9s trophy was keenly contested and Ross, after winning a semi final penalty shoot out, made it to the final to play local rivals Lads Club Tigers. The final went into extra time and Tigers prevailed with a fine goal to win narrowly 1-0. The Under 11 section saw some excellent football too, the Mardy Tigers team from Cardiff were unstoppable and cruised to the final, were they beat Lads Club Belles.

The trophies and medals to the winning teams and runners up were presented by Adam's parents, Roger and Gig, who made the journey up from South Devon. Leominster Minors were the recipients of the £100 sports voucher for demonstrating great fair play throughout. The day was a fantastic success with over 500 visitors and money raised for the Adam Stansfield Foundation and Ross Juniors. For many the highlight of the day was the adult football matches where many of the Ross Juniors coaches were taught a footballing lesson. The club would like to thank all parents who helped out and, in particular, Ross Lions for their continued support.
