With this being the penultimate league game the Ross Royals were determined to make it a win to give themselves the chance of third place.

They played some fine football with Myles dominating midfield but none of the fine play brought a goal. The first goal was an own goal from Kington and then with the ball ricocheting on the half way line Luke burst clear to score.

The defence of Max, Rohan and Marcus in goal was rarely tested dealing comfortably with everything. Finn made it 3-0 at half time with a well taken goal.

If the first half football was OK the second half was brilliant. The boys quickly extended their lead when Harry MJ flicked the ball on for Jordan who finished well. Jordan then turned provider with a skilful pass to Finn who scored on the volley with a flick on the outside of his boot. Harry MJ then set up Jordan again who made it 6-0.

Then Rob finished it all off with his trademark run from defence, he beat three men and then scored in the bottom corner from the edge of the area to give the Royals a superb 7-0 win.

The Property Shop man of the match went to Finn.
