Spirit of Monmouth Running Club has announced that Velindre Cancer Centre will be the main charity to benefit from the eighth Kymin Dash which this year is being held on Sunday March 29.

The Kymin Dash team is excited to be hosting this very popular local event which has become a firm favourite in the local racing calendar. Since the Kymin Dash was resurrected by Spirit of Monmouth Running Club seven years ago, the race has donated £13,750 to different charities with the help of Barclays match funding.

A limited number of entries are still available for the race, which was a sell out in 2019. The challenging seven mile course ascends to the top of the Kymin above Monmouth and descends gently through fields and forest tracks with a flat finish along Hadnock Road to Monmouth School Sports Club (MSSC).
