On a gloriously sunny spring Sunday at Dudley, Kingswinford, Ledbury came good when it mattered to secure the U14 North Midlands Plate Winners against Moseley. The team, which included seven players from Ross, did exceptionally well to turn a half-time deficit into a win.

It was very much the proverbial 'game of two halves' as, after a good opening few minutes, Ledbury struggled against some powerful Moseley running and coming to terms with some of the referees interpretations. Moseley capitalised with two well-worked tries down their left wing to give them a 12 - 0 lead at the break.
