ROSS put in a sprited performance on Saturday, November 22nd, but a combination of size and experience proved too much for the home side and the visitors ran out 19-5 winners.

The Ross setpiece struggled throughout the game, but when they did secure possession and moved the ball they looked dangerous.

Wes Parker carried a huge amount of ball and PJ, Wes Downing and Eli worked well in tandem out wide, however Ross were unable to deliver enough of this throughout the game. It was Yardlians, who were able to slow the game down and move from setpiece to setpiece. It was their domination here, especially after prop Sam Cappelle Davies had to leave the field with an injury, that ultimately led to their victory. Full report in this week's Gazette.
