Ross-on-Wye Golf Club hosted three annual events this week, with success across the board.

The Collins Flag medal and Keene Cup saw Ross members Doug David and Richard Mackley win respectively.

However, the annual Seniors Open was won jointly by Ross member, Andrew Baldwin and Newport Golf Club member, John Irvine.

The Collins Flag medal was taken comfortably by Doug David as he played a near flawless round with nine pars and two birdies.

David finished with a gross of 78 and a nett of 64, seeing his handicap cut to 12 in the process.

Another Ross Senior, Phil Macfarlane, who is also enjoying a highly effective season, was runner up with a nett 67.
