Ross CC's Third XI travelled to play Luctonians Third XI on Saturday. Ross won the toss and put the hosts into bat.

Opening bowler Stuart Tucker soon had Luctonians 22 for 4. The first bowling change brought youngster Calum McIntosh to the crease.

He proceeded to take three wickets leaving Luctonians 48 for seven. Luctonians were all out for 85 with Tucker returning figures of (6-2-16-4) and McIntosh (3-0-20-3).

The Ross opening pair of Andrew Stacey and Stuart Tucker saw Ross home with both batsmen scoring 37* to give Ross a ten wicket victory.

This is the Third XI's fifth win in a row and puts them in second place in the Marches League Division V table.
