MEMBERS?of Forest Canicross were at Dare Country Park in Aberdare, Wales where they took honours coming top of their classes on a muddy, hilly course with many water crossings.

Some of the members also completed the Hope Valley run at Woolhope on Sunday, October 9th. This is a 4.2 mile charity fun run for the ABF (the national charity of the British Army) with a great course.
