Goodrich ‘D’ynamos played host to Leominster ‘B’ on Saturday, 5th January, a new team this Winter in Division 6 West of the H & W League. With weather conditions perfect for tennis the Leominster ladies proved to be stronger and more experienced, and were soon on their way to winning all four rubbers, although Goodrich first pair, Diane Webb and Karla Morris, did pick up a set and took the third set to a tie-break. 

Second pair, Debbie Trigg and Shani Courtney, also picked up more games in their second rubber against Leominster’s first pair, so there was plenty of positives for the ‘D’yamos to take with them into their next match which is on Saturday, 23rd March, when they will host top of the division M.C.S. ‘B’.
