Ross U13 boys continued their recent run of good form with a convincing win over Aston Ingham in the first round of the President's Cup. Having beaten the same opposition in a league fixture the previous weekend, Ross were confident that if they could put in another good performance then the result would be the same. In fact the margin of victory was bigger than anticipated.

Playing at home on a Friday evening with the threat of rain on the way, Ross elected to bat first. They were soon under pressure having lost two early wickets but that brought Charlie Cole and Ollie O'Neill to the crease with the score on 20 for 2.
