ROSS?Rowing Club veterans, Mike Jones and Sheron Dean-Lucas took victory in their home regatta on Sunday.

The pair won the veterans mixed double sculls, beating Royal Chester and Bewdley on the way to round off the season.

The pair are two of the longest standing members of the club and had a hand in teaching most of the current club members to row when they first started. They were presented with their pot by Olympian, Andy Triggs-Hodge.
