A development of 290 new homes in Ross, was given the go-ahead at Herefordshire Council's planning meeting on Wednesday, June 25th.
An application has been made for the development, which will be within the vicinity of the River Wye Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, by Markey Builders (Gloucester) Ltd. The companyasked for permission for affordable housing, public open space, access, landscaping, ground modelling and associated works at land east of the A40. Herefordshire Council planning officers recommended that outline planning permission be granted, subject to a long list of conditions.
