Samantha Jean Lamputt, who lives at the Royal Oak Hotel, Leominster, was given a conditional discharge for 24 months by Hereford Magistrates on November 21st.
Lamputt, who spent some weeks living at the bandstand in Ross-on-Wye earlier this year, was found guilty of stealing a sail flag advertising the markets from Ross Market Place on June 1st, when she appeared at the Magistrates Court on November 8th.
On November 11th Lamputt pleaded guilty to stealing a coat worth £132 from Trekitt.
For this offence she was also discharged conditionally for 24 months and ordered to pay £20 towards victim services and to pay £250 to the Crown Prosection Service.
The CPS withdrew an application for a Criminal Behaviour Order at the request of the Police.
