Local police officers are investigating a number of crimes which took place in the Ross-on-Wye area, during the past few days. They ask that if any local residents have any further information about any of the following incidents, they call 101, and give the reference number provided.

House burgled

A property in Isca Close, Ross-on-Wye was burgled on Saturday, September 10th at around 10pm. A quantity of cash, jewellery and a telescope were stolen.

The burglar is described as male, slim build with short dark spiky hair and wearing a grey hoodie.

Amusement arcade broken into

An amusement arcade in Symonds Yat was broken into sometime between 10pm on September 8th and 1.30am on September 9th. At this stage it is not known what, if anything, was taken.

Alcohol stolen

The Village Hall and Social Club at Welsh Newton was broken into overnight between September 7th and 8th. A quantity of alcohol was stolen.
