A 20-year-old man was assaulted near to the Pedalabikeaway Cycle Centre at around 7.40am on Friday, February 23rd and left with facial injuries and a cut to the back of his head.

It is believed that the victim was driving behind the offender’s car, as they approached the Myrie Stock crossroads. The offender stopped his vehicle and got out, the victim also got out of his vehicle and this is when an altercation started between the two.

A female with brown hair got out of the offender’s car and separated the men.

It is thought that the offender went to walk off before he swore at the victim and punched him in the face; this left the man unconscious.

The offender is described as a white male in his mid-20s with light coloured, cropped hair.

He was of muscular build and was wearing a grey hoody and joggers.

He is thought to be around 5ft 5 inches tall and was driving a blue/grey coloured car.
