Robert Jordan, 32, from Cinderford, has been remanded on unconditional bail after driving a VW Golf on Court Road in Ross-on-Wye on June 16th, 2018, under the influence of a controlled drug. The proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (the primary psychoactive ingredient in marijuana) exceeded the specified limit.

Mr Jordan pleaded not guilty on August 29th and has been remanded on unconditional bail until October 18th, 2018.
