Lajos Samu, 24, from Birmingham, pleaded guilty to driving on the A40 Ross-on-Wye, while carrying a passenger illegally on January 17th, 2018. The passenger, a child of 100cm tall, was sitting in the front of the vehicle, without a booster seat.

Mr Samu was fined a total of £200 on August 28th, 2018, given three points on his licence, and a collection order was made.
