Two motorists were taken to Hereford Hospital on Moday, February 4th following a road traffic collision at St Owen’s Cross, near Ross-on-Wye.
Two ambulances, a paramedic officer, and the Midlands Air Ambulance Crew from Strensham, in a rapid response car, responded to the call which was also attended by a crew from Ross and a crew from Fownhope Fire and Rescue Service.
The firefighters had to release one driver, an elderly woman who was trapped in her vehicle. She was treated for multiple injuries but they are not though to be life threatening.
The man who was the driver of the other vehicle was treated for minor injuries. Both patients were taken to Hereford Hospital.
