A van parked in a car park in Weston under Penyard was broken into at about 10.45am on January 27th.
Tools and equipment were stolen from within, including seven power drills. A witness reported seeing a black pick-up vehicle park alongside the van.

The police warn that there have been three further reports of break-ins and theft of contents from vans parked in the Ross-on-Wye area.West Mercia Police say that most vehicle crime is opportunistic and happens as a result of a vehicle being left vulnerable or unsecured for example:• Doors or windows left unlocked• Keys left in the ignition• Personal belongings on display (e.g. handbag, laptop)• Tools and equipment left in work vans• Sat nav and holder left in vehicle• Parked in a poorly lit areas • Vehicles being left unlocked with engines running to defrost during winter
