On February 4th at approximately 7.24pm a motorist was driving his vehicle along Station Street, Ross-on-Wye, when an unknown male started banging on his windscreen. This caused it to smash.

The offending male is described as being white, 6ft, mousey brown curly hair, and was wearing black trousers, black t-shirt and a khaki green coat.
