MADAM, What a success today turned out to be! With lovely weather came the crowds and an energetic and holiday feel around the town. The street closures were a real success as people wandered from stage to stage, having a great time.

I would like to congratulate the organisers for a smashing event! I know it will have taken much hard work to mount such a day - well done to you all!
