AFTER a whistle-stop seven days in Tanzania, local farmer, it's a triumphant return home for Ally Hunter Blair and his fellow 'Bee team' members this week, who accomplished all they set out to do.

Working alongside local Tanzanians farmers, Ally and the 'Bee Team' helped build 58 bee hives. A spokesperson from the charity Ally was travelling with, Farm Africa said these hives will: "will double harvests and almost quadruple income for bee keepers."

The challenge started last week when the Bee Team landed in Tanzania before travelling to Babati in the Nou Forest, the site of Farm Africa's Forest Management Project which is working with approximately 200,000 people.

"Its been a fantastic week with the 'Beeteam'" said Ally. "The people of Tanzania will always hold a special place in my heart. No words will ever be able to sum up it up. I feel privileged & humbled to be part of this team. I think I can see why people fall in love with Africa! My brain is struggling to process everything I've seen."
