It’s time again for Churchyard Angels to spring into action. The maintenance of the open churchyard is now the responsibility of St Mary’s church.

As well as a contractor, we have relied on the help of volunteers who have done a brilliant job keeping the grass down and generally tidying the area for the past few years.

It’s that time of year again when we hope that these and any new churchyard angels can descend on the grass and tidy up. We particularly welcome grass strimmers and rakes and are focusing on meeting on the first Saturday of each month in the churchyard at 9.30am starting this Saturday, April 1st. (NO JOKE !!)
