Anger has been growing as fast as the grass around Ross as the first cut of the seaason is still to take place. People are particularly angry about the length of the grass at the Caroline Symonds Garden and the area near to the Band Stand.
Several residents have taken to social media to express their concern that the length of the grass is spoiling the look of the area and will deter, rather than attract, the visitors Ross needs.
There is also concern that long grass hides hazards such as dog mess, litter or broken glass.
