I went for a early morning run on Saturday, April 8th and saw this mess with the seat broken. This is now dangerous and should be taken away. Who has to pay for the damage - Ross Town Council or Herefordshire Council?

Why would someone do this, or who wants to do this? It has been reported to the Police at Ross. I will pass this on to the Town Council as well.

The local people in the town don’t want to see this sort of thing all the time. Ross is a beautiful town and we don’t need this kind of trouble.

Colin, who works for Balfour Beatty, does a great job keeping the town clean, and so do so many residents who pick up any litter they find, but I’m appalled that some people don’t respect the town in the same way.
