Ross Badminton Club will celebrate their 70th anniversary this year with a ‘Buffet and Skittles Evening’ on Saturday, April 25th. The event will take place at the Walwyn Arms in Much Marcle, Ledbury.

Originally formed in 1950 Ross Badminton club has six teams including mens, womens and mixed sides, and train in the sports hall at John Kyrle High School on Monday and Friday evenings.

Speaking to the Gazette, Club Secretary Penny Trebilcock said: “We are very proud to be celebrating such an amazing anniversary this year, and hope that many members old and new will join us to enjoy a fantastic evening.

“We also encourage anyone interested in playing badminton to come along and sign up as we are always looking to expand our great club.”
