BRAMPTON Abbotts Primary School celebrated World Book Day this week in style.
World Book Day inspires every child to enjoy the life-changing benefits of reading for fun.
Pupils at the school were asked to come in dressed up as a ‘word ‘of their choice and some children chose the words vibrant, heroic, artistic and athletic.
The school, including all the staff entered a parade on the 'cat walk' to share their creations to some vibrant pop music backing.
World Book Day has become a much-loved fixture in the calendar for many schools since its inception in 1997, aiming to inspire a life-long love of reading.
The remainder of the day was spent completing exciting World Book Day themed learning with much fun and games had by all.
