MADAM, Could I say thank you to the farmer who politely informed me that I should walk my dog around the outside of his field in Brampton Abbotts in order protect the wildlife that inhabit the hedgerows.

I have taken this on board and will stay to the Public Footpaths that still exist around the area, but could I just remind farmers that they should not allow crops to grow over Public Footpaths.

Do the Public Footpaths in Brampton Abbotts exist or not? If the signs are to be believed there are several. I understand that if a Right of Way is not used for twenty years one can lay claim to it, therefore, I would like to know just where they are, and the sooner the public are able to put them back into use the better.
