A ROSS business celebrated its 10th birthday last week.

Hsl Compliance first opened the doors of its offices at Alton Business Park in August 2010, and has since expanded considerably, including the integration of four additional companies – Shield On-Site Services, SaferSpaces, Alchem and most recently, Aegis.

The firm’s capabilities has also increased to include asbestos, fire safety, water treatment and occupational hygiene, making them one of the leading companies in the legal compliance market.

Hsl now employs over 300 qualified and experienced personnel and has celebrated internal promotions and personal achievements for so many of its people. Most of these individuals joined at site and admin level and are now, 10 years later, sitting at management level.

The firm’s training school has allowed the business to continually invest in its team and offers accredited courses to its customers – this initiative has proved to be extremely popular and the firm looks forward to restarting this when restrictions allow.

Hsl is looking to expand further in Ross to support the growth of the business, which will help to boost local employment in the area.

As the team celebrated the opening of the Ross office 10 years ago, they now celebrate everything they have achieved in the last decade and are excited at the prospect of what can be achieved in the next 10 years!
