HOME Manager at Ross Court Care Home, Janet Auty, has been shortlisted as a finalist for Home Manager of the year award for the Great British Care Awards 2012.

Janet has been the Home Manager of Ross Court for the past 12 years. John Chapman, Operations Manager for Majesticare, said: "She has dedicated herself to providing excellent leadership skills and exceptional standards of care at the home. We are extremely proud of Janet and all she has achieved".

Majesticare, the luxury care home group which owns Ross Court Care Home, have had a significant number employees become finalists in the Great British Care Awards.

Roger Pratap, Chairman of Majesticare, said: "I have known Mrs Auty for many years, her dedication and commitment to Ross Court is commendable and she is a most deserving finalist and in my mind she is already a winner."
