Dozens of volunteers came together to serve up a delicious traditional Christmas dinner to those who would otherwise be alone on Christmas Day.

The annual event at the Larruperz is a huge community success which brings together members of the Ross Lions who fundraise all year to pay for the food, EnviroAbility and RVS who bring the diners to the centre.

Every year Ross Garden Store supply a hundred primroses in flower as a gift to the older generation that attend the lunch. Alison Stephenson said: “This tradition is hugely important to us, and we really enjoy giving those who attend this wonderful community event a special gift this Christmas.”
