On Thursday, October 5th, a call was made at 9:45am, following a road traffic collision (RTC) on the A40, near Wilton Island. The collision involved a car and a lorry but no persons were trapped in the vehicle.

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service, West Mercia Police and Ambulance Services were called to the scene.

Fire Service personnel made the vehicles safe, while the ambulance service checked over the two people involved in the incident.
