There were outstanding results for Ross Bowls Club Men in the finals of the County Championships on Saturday.

Dan Palmer won the under 25's singles beating Luke Harwood of Ledbury BC.

The Triples Champions are Dan Palmer, Barry Payne and Shaun Jones who beat the opposition from Kington.

The County Rinks Champions this season are Nigel Brookes, Jerry Wat­kins, Barry Payne and Shaun Jones, who beat Colin Barnes, John Hyde, Frank Garrett, Dennis Gardner, also from RBC, at Hereford Bowler Bowls Club Green, at which Phil Bridges from Ross Bowling Club acted as Competition Umpire.
