A 50-year-old Cinderford man, accused of causing serious injury to another man by driving carelessly near Gloucester, is to stand trial at Cheltenham Magistrates Court in the New Year.

Steve Gane of Woodville Road West, Cinderford, has pleaded not guilty to driving a Toyota Hilux without due care and attention on Delta Way, Brockworth, Gloucester, on 19th March last year, thereby causing serious injury to a man.

The magistrates granted Gane unconditional bail pending a trial expected to last two and a quarter hours on 3rd February 2027.
