A 23-year-old Ross-on-Wye man who drove dangerously on the A48 at Minsterworth has been banned from the roads for a year.
Magistrates at Cheltenham have also ruled that Charlie Fox of Wyeside Caravan Park, Bishopswood, Ross, cannot drive again until after passing an extended driving test.
Fox pleaded guilty on September 4 to driving a VW Golf dangerously at Minsterworth on 1st December last year.
As well as the driving ban, Fox was placed on a 12-month community order with mental health treatment and a requirement to attend up to six days of rehabilitation activities.
Fox was further fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a surcharge of £114.
