Madam, I am writing this email to you because once again I have had a phone call to say that my daughter - who is 17 years old - is so drunk that she is very ill.
This time she has been admitted to hospital because she has drunk so much.
I would like to know how is it that, even though the public houses are reported for selling alcohol to underage drinkers, and are shown pictures of underage drinkers, that they still manage to get away with it.
The police know which public houses these are, even though it is 99% of the pubs in Ross, but still they do nothing.
What is it going to take for somebody to do something about this!
Maybe when a 'child' dies from the amount of alcohol that has been supplied by one of these establishments we will see the landlords/owners given a hefty fine, charged with manslaughter and their licence taken off them for life!!!!
