A 19-YEAR-OLD Ross man has been charged by local police with three offences that occurred since August. Alcohol was a factor in each case.

The man has been charged under the Public Order Act with using threatening, abusive and insulting words in public on August 15th. He has also been charged with criminal damage to the door of a property in Hereford the next day.
