Saint Bridget’s Church in Bridstow was full to bursting point last week for Bridstow CE Primary School’s Harvest Service.
All four classes helped to celebrate during the service with a mix of music, singing, poetry and a thought provoking presentation from Class 4 (Year 5 and 6) about the Ross Community Larder.
All of the children and staff were in fine voice for the service and it was a very fitting end to a busy first half term at the small school just outside Ross-on-Wye.
Headteacher, Dan Brearey, commented: “We are so proud of our small rural school. The children performed amazingly this morning and the quality of children’s reading was very high.”
