Hereford College of Arts (HCA) has received a prestigious endorsement for the quality of its teaching, with a Silver award in the new Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) panel. The TEF panel judged that HCA delivers high quality teaching, learning and outcomes for its students. It consistently exceeds rigorous national quality requirements for UK higher education.

The silver result for HCA is a positive endorsement of the values at the core of the college’s educational approach and formally recognises the role played by specialist educational institutions, including those dedicated to arts provision. The result is also a clear demonstration HCA can confidently stand alongside larger universities offering similar degrees.
