MADAM, May I congratulate and thank Cllr Atkinson for his work to date regarding the clean-up of Ross, but how many people/visitors in the town would know where the property at Overross is, only those in the immediate locality. What about the eyesores that the majority of people pass on a daily basis such as the boarded up Rosswyn Hotel, the empty shop next door to it and the former takeaway across the street. This is part of the heart of Ross – please do not let visitors get the impression that this is what the rest of the town is like, they will just pass us by. I wish the Council all the best for 2014.
