Drybrook found a thirty-strong Old Cryptians squad waiting: it was agreed to play three 20 minute periods so the hosts could rotate their players properly.
The Foresters started strongly, pressurising well although playing uphill and into the lashing rain. Old Cryptians tackled well, but by the third periodForester's lead was 5-36. The penalty count rose as Drybrook tired and Old Cryptians scored twice, but the Foresters battled on and everyone in the Drybrook team contributed to this excellent away win.
